The number of companies that offer meal plans exploded in 2021, which made it harder to decide which one might be right for you. So, here is a comparison of the meal plans I've tried and reviewed to help you pick which one to order (last updated June 2022).

If you've read any of my reviews, you'll know that I rate meal plans using a 1–5-star rating system. The table below uses a traffic-light system to simplify things: green indicates a 4–5-star rating (good), yellow indicates a 3-star rating (not bad, just average), and red indicates a 1–2-star rating (not good). All ratings are based on my personal experience and opinion. Best viewed on a desktop (it's not great on mobile).
